​Joint Fill

Joint fill is an important part of a floor.  Yezco recommends you take this into consideration when you get your floor polished. Filling the control  joints supports and protects joint edges from heavy loads, wheel traffic and also reducing spalling of the joint edges.  Joint deterioration is a huge problem in most facilities especially when you have forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, and similar equipment that run over these joints daily.  Having a smooth joint can lower a company's ROI significantly by minimizing costly repair to equipment, allowing forklifts to move at full capacity saving on time, and lastly decreasing liability to the employees and inventory being transported.

Concrete Dye

 
Yezco also specializes in concrete dyes.  Not only is this product aesthetically pleasing but also environmentally safe.   With over 20 vivid colors to choose from, Yezco can dye a complete floor or provide a decorative stencil or logo with an array of colors.  These dyes are unlike the traditional concrete stains and penetrate much deeper for longer durability.  In facilities Yezco has come up with a unique system for safety floor striping  that is sustainable and economical.

Yezco originally established itself as a concrete coating company specializing in epoxy, polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic, high performance patch systems along with sealants and water proofing.    We slowly broadened our scope  by incorporating  cutting edge sustainable flooring technologies that are dominating the market today.  Yezco recommends concrete polishing for most floors, however there are certain applications where coatings are warranted.

Grind and Prep

 
Diamond grinding and preparation of concrete is essential to most flooring applications such as coatings, tile, carpet and wood.  Yezco recommends this preparation over shot blasting or high pressure water jet removal because these systems will cause unwanted microfractures in the concrete surface.  Yezco also removes coatings, mastic, thinset and overlayments to leave a clean surface.
